‘Fueling Freedom’ revealed as report takes swipe at incentives
On the heels of a Congressional Budget Office plan examining the effectiveness of existing ethanol tax incentives, pro-ethanol group Growth Energy revealed a plan to shift some of the incentive dollars over to boosting infrastructure and thus free market demand for ethanol. more
